Luis Ricardo Fraga
Associate Professor of Political Science
Stanford University

Fraga also is an author of dozens of noted articles and books, his main areas of focus are urban politics, politics of race and ethnicity, educational politics, and voting rights policy. He has received numerous teaching awards and professional appointments. He is a past president of the Western Political Science Association. He also has served on the Executive Council of the American Political Science Association (APSA). He was appointed to serve on the APSA’s Standing Committee on Civic Engagement and Education. Fraga also is one of six principal investigators on the first-ever Latino National Survey (LNS).
