Civic Practices Network

The Civic Practices Network (CPN) is a collaborative and nonpartisan project bringing together a diverse array of organizations and perspectives within the new citizenship movement, and shares practical methods for public problem solving. CPN's Web site is full of resources about methods and ideas that organizations are sharing with each other through CPN.

The Community section of the Civic Practices Network's Web site contains several essays and case studies providing a broad range of approaches to community organizing, social capital, and urban democracy.
