Lincoln Public Schools Foundation (LPSF) collaborates
with community partners to develop local capacity for
a sustainable, citywide, school-linked, school-based
network of community learning centers (CLCs). Building
on a pilot LPSF program supported by federal and national
grants, this initiative facilitates the development of
a network of 15 CLCs. Lincoln Public Schools Foundation
aims to build grassroots and community-wide leadership
structures to oversee, advocate for, and monitor CLCs.
